Automotive Technician Training Program

Participants alternate between Red River college and their sponsoring dealership - potentially us!

The in-school training is 32 weeks long in total and consists of four 8-week sessions alternating between three 10-month terms of in-dealership training. Upon successful completion of the Ford ASSET program, graduates will have earned credit for 5 of the 8 core specialties outlined by Ford of Canada.

Once the provincial apprenticeship work experience criteria is met, apprentices will be eligible to write the exam for their inter-provincial journeymen's license.
